Land Title of Nez Perce County was built on integrity, experience and a desire to build a sustainable business for the long run. In 1968, Bud Ponack started the family legacy. Bud and his son Ted Strohmaier worked closely together. In 1983, Bud sold the title business. The following year Ted decided to create a third title company in Nez Perce County. He invested in Land Title of Nez Perce County in 1984 and continued building the family title insurance legacy. Joe Strohmaier, Ted’s son, joined the family operation in 1990 and is the current owner/manager of Land Title and the rest, as they say, is history.
